NIPM Foundation Day was inaugurated with “Illuminating Excellence: The Ceremonial Lamp Lighting,” and the welcome address was delivered by Prof. Dr. Shivali Dhingra, Dean, Faculty of Management, Dean, Student Welfare. After this, a presentation on NIPM Initiatives by Mr SP Bansal, RVP North NIPM, Celebrating 45th Glorious Years of NIPM, which was followed by an address on NIPM Punjab Chapter Activities by Ravinder Chadha, Chairman NIPM Punjab chapter.
Keynote Address on the theme – “Navigating HR Towards Business Sustainability” by Mr. Sofi Zahoor, Chief Executive Officer, HumanCap was a huge success. A Panel Discussion – Student Leaders’ Roundtable – Think Tank: The Next Gen HR Dialogue was conducted, HR Boardroom Challenge – Crisis Management Battle (Role Play), and Poster Making Competition – HR Evoque concluded by Valedictory Session.
